Audilyte Terms of Service

Welcome to Audilyte (“the Service”), operated by Audilyte LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, tools, or services (collectively, “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Audilyte.
1. Overview
Audilyte provides automated website compliance audits — including accessibility (ADA/WCAG), privacy, and security checks — along with PDF reporting and optional weekly monitoring. These Terms govern all use of our Platform, including free and paid accounts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Audilyte. By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to this agreement.
3. Account & Access
You may need to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining account security and agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments
Audilyte offers monthly subscription plans processed via Stripe. All payments are handled securely through Stripe’s systems — Audilyte does not store credit card details.
4.1 Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
4.2 Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Pro-rated or partial refunds are not guaranteed after renewal.
4.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your subscription.
5. Data & Privacy
- URLs you submit for audits
- Email address for report delivery
- Optional branding information for white-label reports
- System logs for debugging and abuse prevention
All personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to this data processing.
6. Service Scope
Audilyte provides automated audits based on public website content. We do not guarantee legal compliance or certification. Results are informational tools and should not replace professional audits or legal advice.
7. User Responsibilities
- Use Audilyte only to scan sites you own or have permission to audit
- Do not reverse engineer or interfere with our systems
- Do not bypass rate limits or API restrictions
- Do not misrepresent affiliation or certification
8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and branding on Audilyte are owned by Audilyte LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of your branding assets uploaded to the platform.
9. White-Labeling
Pro users may apply custom logos, names, and colors to their reports. You represent that you have rights to use any logos or trademarks you upload.
10. Monitoring & Alerts
Weekly monitoring is automated. Reports and notifications are sent via email based on recent scan results. Delivery times may vary due to server or network conditions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Audilyte makes no warranty that reports are error-free or that using Audilyte guarantees legal compliance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audilyte shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid in the last 3 months.
13. Termination
You may cancel your account anytime via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
