Audilyte Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in Audilyte. If something isn’t right, this policy explains when refunds may apply and how to request one.
1) General Policy
Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe. Because Audilyte delivers automated reports immediately, refunds are generally not provided after renewal. However, we’ll review requests case-by-case for billing mistakes or service outages on our side.
2) Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
- Technical issues on our side that prevented use (and we couldn’t resolve).
3) Ineligible Refunds
- Change of mind after successful use of the service.
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
- Use that violates our Terms of Service.
4) How to Request
Email billing@audilyte.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, the charge date/amount, and a brief description.
5) Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
